MC Networking Breakfast

This month’s networking breakfast speaker is Michael Panzica ’01. Michael has been in the commercial real estate industry for 20 years and has structured the acquisition and development of projects totaling more than $500 million. He founded M. Panzica Development in 2020 with a focus on urban infill multifamily development projects. His primary focus is sourcing of projects, the financial analyses on development and acquisition initiatives, and determining the economic feasibility of these potential opportunities. He is responsible for initial due diligence, financial structuring of transactions, sourcing of debt and equity, and ongoing due diligence through closing. Michael has worked to obtain financing through various tax credit programs as well as city, county, state and federal economic development programs for complex urban projects. In addition, he founded MPD Management in 2023, a full-service apartment management company with five assets and 400 apartment units under management.  

Michael’s discussion will include his time at Gilmour, his path into real estate and the overall market outlook on real estate.
