During the school year, students attend classes and take part in dozens of extracurricular activities. At the Lower School—
Montessori Toddler-PreK and
Grades K-6—there are nearly two dozen activities, ranging from art to dance to individual and team sports.
Middle School students can choose from a number of team sports, drama and a variety of clubs.
Upper School students may explore civic, environmental or service issues, faith, the arts or outdoor activities.
Special programs in all divisions emphasize entrepreneurship, leadership and global outreach.
Our campus is more than a school; it’s a home for our
boarding students. Young men and women in Grades 7-12 come from across the US, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Europe to pursue a world-class education. They reside in the Murphy Residence Hall, their home away from home, where they find the support and friendship that makes all the difference. Elsewhere on campus, Brothers of the
Congregation of Holy Cross live in community in Holy Cross House and Tudor House.
Beyond the school year, activity at Gilmour continues.
Our Lady Chapel offers Mass and serves its community members year-round. During the summer, Gilmour hosts a wide variety of
Summer Camps and Institutes, from Preschool Day Camp through intensive sports camps for high school athletes.
Gilmour inspires its students and community members to get involved and stay active and we provide the wide range of options to meet the needs and interests of our diverse population.
