TESTING (required for students applying for Grades 5-12)
For those applying for Grades 5-9, the ISEE is required. Students applying for Grades 10-12 may also submit the ACT, Pre-ACT, PSAT, SAT or SSAT. The TOEFL or Duolingo English Test is required for international students.
ISEE scores are used to determine qualification for merit-based awards. Students applying for Grades 7 or 9 will be considered for these awards.
Gilmour administers the ISEE on its campus throughout the school year. For a list of on-campus test dates, see our Admission Events page. To register for the ISEE, visit the ISEE website or call (800) 446-0320; indicate you would like your scores sent to Gilmour (school code 362270). View details on how to interpret ISEE scores and the role they play in our admission process.
