Congratulations to Michael Wu ’25 and Ian Miller ’25, who were notified this week that they are National Merit Semifinalists based on their scores on last fall’s PSAT. Only 16,000 students across the country, or less than one percent of high school seniors nationally, earned this distinction. Adding to the impressiveness, Ian earned a perfect score on the PSAT. And you might remember last spring, when we learned that Michael had earned a perfect score on the ACT. Congratulations to both Ian and Michael on these incredible feats! 

Both may now apply for the National Merit Finalist distinction. Finalists will be named in February and will compete for 6,870 scholarships worth approximately $26 million.
