Sara Continenza is passionate about promoting social justice and reducing health disparities of underserved community members all over Northeast Ohio. She started Food Strong (www.FoodStrong) to support health equity, food access, environmental stewardship, community beautification, and economic development. She strongly values partnerships, and bridging the gap between bottom-up and top-down approaches to affecting social change.

In 2017, she was elected to the position of Ward 3 Councilwoman in the City of South Euclid, Ohio, where she continues putting her passion to work.
