Strength & Conditioning Program

Launched in 2016, Gilmour's unique Strength and Conditioning Program is headed by Ryan Ross. Ryan is a high-energy coach, a great teacher and motivator who is passionate about player development, training athletes to boost their performance and reduce the chance of injury. Ryan’s work is not limited to athletes. Whether our students are striving for gains in athletic performance or simply interested in improving their physical health, he is prepared and highly qualified to assist. Ryan has extensive knowledge and experience in the field. He is nationally certified strength coach and has his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.
