This month’s speaker will be Dr. Lea May Majer, RVP, Ph.D.,
mother of Viktor '23 and Dominik '25 Povozhaev.
Dr. Lea is a Regional VP with Primerica Financial Services and is licensed to offer life insurance and securities. Her team, L&M Majer, helps individuals seeking a second stream of income navigate the path to financial independence. mother of Viktor '23 and Dominik '25 Povozhaev.
Dr. Lea has taught at the university level since 2003 and continues offering seminars for financial wellness online. She earned her doctorate in rhetoric and composition from Kent State University, a master's in nonfiction creative writing from the University of Akron, a master's in composition from the University of Akron, and a bachelor's in English from Malone College, during which she spent a semester abroad at Nizhni Novgorod State University in Russia. She has published two books and various articles on wellness.
